Sami has been working with computers since the MS-DOS era — over 25 years across IT architecture, master data management, ETL engineering, and business intelligence. He has held senior roles at Affecto, Siili Solutions, and the Finnish Ministry of Agriculture, building large-scale data systems before most of the industry had a name for it.
He is a first-principles thinker with a deep interest in patterns, probabilities, and emergent behavior in complex systems. Early in the COVID outbreak — when cases were still concentrated in a handful of countries — he built independent death-toll projections from limited data. Those estimates later aligned closely with global outcomes.
That same instinct now drives BullishBeat — a multi-model AI and deep learning system for US equity markets, built from the ground up and integrated with live trading infrastructure.
