1. About BullishBeat.ai

BullishBeat.ai (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Poro-IT OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16795817). The Platform provides AI-generated stock predictions, machine learning analysis, paper trading, trading leagues, and optional integration with third-party brokers.

2. Do Your Own Due Diligence (DYOR)

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before making any investment:

• Do your own research. AI predictions are generated by machine learning models that can and will be wrong.
• Consult a licensed financial advisor if you need investment advice tailored to your personal situation.
• Understand the risks. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment.
• Never invest money you can't afford to lose.

Past performance of our models (including AUC scores, accuracy rates, and historical predictions) does not guarantee future results. Market conditions change, and models that performed well in the past may not perform well in the future.

3. AI Predictions & Signals

Our AI predictions are generated by machine learning algorithms and large language models. These are statistical estimates, not certainties:

• ML models are trained on historical data and may not adapt to unprecedented market events.
• AI advisors (Claude, Gemini, Llama) provide analysis based on their training data and may hallucinate, contradict each other, or produce inaccurate information.
• Ensemble agreement does not guarantee correctness.
• Prediction confidence percentages represent model probability, not accuracy guarantees.

We make no warranty that any prediction, signal, or analysis will be accurate, complete, or profitable.

4. Free vs Paid Features

The Platform offers both free and paid tiers:

• Free tier: Paper trading with virtual money, ML predictions (all 6 models), watchlist, stock catalog, leagues & leaderboards, technical indicators, smart money signals, cross-listed tracker.
• Paid tier (Pro): AI advisor queries (Claude, Gemini, Llama — unlimited), IBKR real-money integration, AI auto-trade mode, push/email/WhatsApp notifications, tax reports, prediction accuracy history, priority support.

League prizes (free months of Pro) are available to all users regardless of plan. We reserve the right to change the features included in each tier, modify pricing, or introduce new tiers at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Paper Trading

Paper trading uses simulated money ($100K virtual) and real market prices. Paper trading results do not represent real trading and may differ from actual results due to factors including slippage, liquidity, timing, and execution differences.

6. IBKR Integration & Auto-Trade

The IBKR integration is a paid feature that allows you to execute trades through your own Interactive Brokers account:

• We are not affiliated with Interactive Brokers. Your IBKR account is governed by IBKR's own terms and conditions.
• We are a technology provider, not a broker. We transmit trade instructions based on AI signals — we do not hold, manage, or custody your funds.
• Auto-trade mode executes trades automatically based on ML signals without requiring your confirmation for each trade. You configure the maximum loss limit, but losses can occur rapidly in volatile markets.
• You can disable auto-trade at any time. You can also use the emergency stop endpoint to immediately close all positions.
• You are fully responsible for all trades executed through your IBKR account, whether manual, one-click, or auto-trade.

7. AI Advisor Queries

AI advisor queries (Claude, Gemini, Llama) are a paid feature (Pro plan only). Each query incurs real API costs. Free accounts do not have access to AI advisor queries. ML predictions from our own models are available to all users for free.

8. Trading Leagues & Prizes

Trading leagues use paper trading (virtual money). Prizes are awarded based on leaderboard rankings at the end of each season. Prize details, eligibility, and distribution are announced at the start of each season. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who exploit bugs, use multiple accounts, or engage in market manipulation within the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poro-IT OÜ and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from trades executed based on our predictions, signals, or AI analysis.
• Any losses from auto-trade mode, including rapid losses in volatile markets.
• System downtime, delays, errors, or bugs that result in missed trades or incorrect executions.
• Inaccurate predictions, incorrect AI analysis, or model failures.
• Third-party service failures (IBKR, Polygon.io, Google Cloud, etc.).

Your use of the Platform for real-money trading is entirely at your own risk.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect account information, trading activity, and usage data. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We use analytics (PostHog) to improve the platform. Your IBKR credentials are stored encrypted and never shared. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Intellectual Property

All ML models, algorithms, training data pipelines, and AI integrations are proprietary to Poro-IT OÜ. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our models or predictions.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in any activity we deem harmful to other users or the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
